Apply in service inspection either onstream (external inspection during the life plant operation) or during plant shutdown (external & internal inspection) on the static and on the plant piping, pipelines as per the American petroleum institute codes (API) with the ability to adopt any more restricted company spec if required. All the inspection activities are carried out by qualified & certified engineers with wide experience in the industry.
Perform baseline inspection on equipment or whole units.
Shutdown / Turnaround inspection activities management, starting from procedure preparation till the final shutdown report issuing.
Corrosion assessment, failure evaluation.
Perform fitness for service studies.
Review the any repair procedure & follow up the activities at site.
Witness the Pressure safety valve calibration.
Witness the hydrotest of the equipment or piping loops.
Apply painting & insulation inspection.
Apply material receiving against the client purchase order & the applicable standards.
Perform non-destructive examination “NDE” as (PT, MT, UT, RT) and advanced NDE (LRUT, PAUT, MFL ...etc.).
Perform hardness test.
Establish or review a quality control system; starting from the quality control plan & the procedures, ITPs (Inspection test plans), RFI system (request for inspection), NCR system (nonconformance report)
Apply inspection on the equipment fabrication at the Fab. workshops (based on the ITP).
Perform quality control at the fabrication, erection, installation of the plant equipment at site starting from material receiving till equipment preservation.
