SPS will ensure that the materials are manufactured and delivered as per the required specification and schedule. SPS should review the EPC Contractors' detailed procurement plans and monitor actual Contractor's progress against the planned schedule.
The SPS shall further ensure the adherence to Owner's Approved Vendor List, review of Inquiry or Material Requisition documents, review of Technical Evaluation Reports and final award.SPS in accordance with international petroleum industry standards and practices and generally accepted project management principles, manage the whole project as PMC project management consultancy.
SPS will review the following documents prepared by the EPC Contractors (or the EPC Contractors' vendors) during the course of the procurement cycles
Procurement policies, plans, procedures and forms
Recommendations for inclusion of additional vendors
Bid evaluation, vendor selection
Inquiry and Purchase Order terms and conditions
Manufacturing and delivery schedule
Submission of material status reports
Material Requisition data sheets and vendor list recommendation
Through SPS, safety and quality of the products/ services is held at the utmost importance. all activities shall follow HSEQ and the Third-party authorities has validated the suitability of our products / services to international codes and standards
