SPS has an experience in project management with all the related phases such as Pre -FEED, FEED, Engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, project control and project close-up. This includes all the relevant processes marketing studies, Cost estimating, planning, cost control, risk analysis, quality assurance and control, communication, checking of NCR non-conformance, proposing of corrective and/or preventive action up to the project hand-over.
SPS in accordance with international petroleum industry standards and practices and generally accepted project management principles, manage the whole project as PMC project management consultancy.
